Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic architectural Project Leader or experienced Project Architect to join the firm as part of our Aviation team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants
  • Provide leadership to staff
  • Manage client relations
Qualifications

Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently. Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.

Candidates should also exhibit strong planning skills and be able to collaborate on a diverse project team. Individual must have strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and should exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities. Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.

Current RIAI architectural registration required along with a professional, RIAI /RIBA accredited degree in Architecture and 10+ years of experience with project experience ideally in Aviation & Rail Infrastructure projects. Revit proficiency is required.
