Project Engineer - Cleanroom - Tralee

Working countrywide on Ireland's largest and most innovative projects, Sisk leads in groundbreaking strategies, client delivery, and innovative project management.

This means that by joining the Sisk team, you will be breaking new ground by delivering sustainable initiatives, constantly learning and developing your knowledge, utilizing new tools, strategies, and methods of project management, as well as training and supporting your team in project delivery.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage key client and supplier relationships, oversee project delivery, work closely with HSEQS teams for compliance, and handle resource planning for staff and supply chain.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Manager, QS, and engineering team
  • Ensuring delivery of the BIM strategy through managing relationships with staff and consultants
  • Monitoring and ensuring project stages are delivered in line with PEP, budget, and reporting on progress monthly
  • Driving quality delivery for HSEQ and zero emissions initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience working on cleanrooms and fitout projects
  • 5+ years' experience managing subcontractors and staff
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, suppliers, and staff
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
