Rehab Enterprises Limited is seeking a Programmes Facilitator to work at Longford Autism Day Service. This permanent part-time position offers 26 hours per week in an inclusive workplace focused on supporting people with disabilities.
The role requires developing and delivering person-centred programmes while facilitating access to community resources. Candidates must have QQI Level 5 in Social Care and experience working with adults with disabilities.

Location: Longford Autism Day Service
Reporting to the Community Service Manager through the Programmes Supervisor, the post holder will facilitate service users in their choices, developing programmes within the context of a person-centred model of service delivery. The programmes may include independent living, personal development and occupational and leisure activities, within the context of a quality-of-life model.

Salary starting from point 1 €33,217.35 to point 5 €34,939.17 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €35,924.82 per annum.
