Job summary

A community service organization is looking for a Programme Assistant in Fethard Town Park. This role offers a chance to gain skills through accredited training with no prior experience required. Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of programmes and projects.
• Assist the Service Coordinator in implementing the Annual Service Plan.
• Accompany and support participants during outings and activities.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Maintain up-to-date IWA record systems.
• Assist service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence of service users.
• Safely manipulate and manage wheelchairs.
• Assist in programme delivery and clean-up.
• Carry out other assigned duties.
