Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cleaning Operative in Newbridge to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site. You will be responsible for offices, communal areas and washrooms, following health and safety procedures and reporting issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, professional and conscientious approach to work.

• Flexibility to work across a 5‑day‑over‑7 schedule.
• Commitment to following health, safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties across designated areas of the site.
• Clean offices, communal areas, washrooms and other facilities.
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained consistently throughout the site.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Follow all cleaning schedules, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards or concerns to the appropriate person.
• Work as part of the wider team to maintain a clean, safe and professional environment.
