Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our corporate-site cleaning team at North Wall Quay, Dublin. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with a pay rate of €14.80 per hour and opportunities for career development.

Full training will be provided; you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors, with uniform and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality cleaning service across public areas, offices and other designated areas.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks in line with schedules and standards.
• Maintain restrooms, kitchen areas and office spaces, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor and uphold high cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Work efficiently to complete tasks to the required standard.
• Attend training to support ongoing development and maintain professional standards.
• Support the wider cleaning team and undertake other duties as directed.

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to join our cleaning team at a prestigious corporate site on North Wall Quay.

You'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for employees, customers and visitors. Working as part of the wider cleaning team, you'll ensure offices, public spaces and facilities are consistently maintained to a high standard.

What you'll do:

• Deliver a high-quality cleaning service across public areas, offices and other designated areas throughout the building

• Complete daily cleaning tasks in line with agreed schedules and required standards

• Maintain restrooms, kitchen areas and office spaces, ensuring they remain clean, hygienic and presentable

• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas

• Follow all relevant health, safety, sanitation and cleaning procedures

• Work efficiently to ensure assigned tasks are completed to the required standard

• Attend relevant training to support your ongoing development and maintain professional standards

• Support the wider cleaning team and undertake other reasonable duties as directed by management
