Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Shannon, Ireland, is hiring for a Production Maintenance role on an onsite site. Training lasts 10 weeks during days, after which evenings shift starts (Mon-Thu 3.30pm–12.00am; Fri 1.30pm–8.30pm).

Responsibilities include disassembly, winding preparation, testing, and adherence to procedures and safety standards. The position emphasizes quality, teamwork, and ability to train lower-grade staff while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Disassemble assigned parts, strip, clean and prepare for winding or repair under supervision.
• Wind, connect and test all components where winding procedures are established.
• Train and direct the activities of lower grades.
• Read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
• Demonstrate proper use of electrical/mechanical measuring devices.
• Ensure all aspects of product and process quality are maintained.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Collins Aerospace in Shannon is a world leader in the repair of electrical generator components for commercial aircraft. Our center of excellence is responsible for electrical rewind repairs for all major commercial aircraft platforms and supports customers to include major airlines, maintenance and repair organizations, as well as distributors covering North and South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

We are hiring for our Production Maintenance team. This team will work evenings as soon as their training is complete (10 week of days training - Mon-Fri).

Your Role
