This job will suit a Production Team Lead or Production Supervisor that has strong people skills and will lead, motivate and support a team of 10 operators.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and planning to keep things running smoothly.
  • Lead by example and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
Requirements

  • Practical experience in lean, machining, or product management.
