Qualifications

• NFQ Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline with 2+ years' related experience.
• Experience leading a team and guiding development and productivity.
• Experience in a quality system environment and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops direct reports by securing training, assigning tasks, and conducting performance reviews.
• Monitors daily operations and directs entry level staff to meet unit goals.
• Interacts with internal/external customers, responding to requests and explaining procedures.
• Plans work schedules for the department and maintains personnel records.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations and other standards.
• Develops resource plans and budgets for the department.
• May perform individual contributor tasks in staff units.
