A rapidly growing food production company in Monaghan is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the evening shift. This is a unique opportunity to join a young, ambitious business, established 2.5 years ago and already making its mark in the sector. The company is founder-led, energetic, and focused on growth.

The Role
You'll have full responsibility for site operations during the evening shift, reporting directly to the Site Manager. As the most senior person on site, you will manage production quality, team performance, and service levels. You'll start with a team of 7, increasing to 13 over the next year as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the evening shift, ensuring all production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Lead, motivate, and develop your team, managing performance and supporting growth.

Maintain high standards of product quality and service, addressing any issues swiftly.

Make decisions on the spot, adapting to changes and managing any challenges that arise.

Monitor and improve operational efficiency, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and other teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignment across shifts.

About You

3-5 years' experience in food production, with at least one year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Ambitious, career-driven, and able to take full ownership of the evening operation.

Comfortable managing people and leading by example, with a cool head under pressure.

Adaptable and open to change, with strong decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities; a natural team player.

Full driving licence and living within a commutable distance to Monaghan.
