Job summary

Manor Farm is seeking a Production Supervisor for day shift in Ireland to oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves guiding the line team, coordinating with the Shift Manager, and driving efficiency on the production floor.

You’ll lead with fairness, participate in coaching and training, and support attendance and performance management while maintaining a clean, compliant, and productive environment on site.

Responsibilities

• Promoting a strong safety culture on your line and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Leading your team with respect, fairness and consistency; supporting attendance and performance; providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards; escalating quality issues and keeping production areas clean and organised.
• Preparing lines for production runs and changeovers; delivering the daily production plan; monitoring line performance and downtime; minimising waste; supporting improvements and new systems.

Production Supervisor - Day Shift (MCPH)

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move into a people‑management role and play a bigger part in how we deliver safe, high‑quality food every day. The role will be offered on a fixed term contract of one year.

This role is Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of your assigned production line(s) or area(s). You’ll work closely with your Shift Manager to ensure safety, quality, people and performance standards are met.
