Job summary

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company focused on extending lives and expanding possibilities for patients and care teams. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing production team, ensuring safety, quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of operations.

You will oversee production activities, balance output with quality standards, and act as the link between production and the wider business, driving efficiency and strong performance across departments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive results across Safety, Quality, Cost and Service Delivery.
• A professional and positive leadership style with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills, including experience in employee development, training, performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Experience managing employee performance, including absence, timekeeping and general conduct.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment, with a good understanding of GMP requirements.
• Ability to access, analyse and interpret information relating to departmental performance, including efficiency and overtime.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for the production activities within your assigned department, including the achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Service targets.
• Drive continuous improvement against established departmental KPIs.
• Develop strong and effective working relationships with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance and Product Development, ensuring clear alignment on departmental expectations and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards in relation to EHS, 6S, GMP and departmental housekeeping.
• Make effective and timely decisions regarding product rejects and process stops.
• Provide accurate and timely information on departmental performance to management and communicate key updates during Tier Meetings.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and project activities as required.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable working environment within the production team.

As a Production Supervisor at Vantive, you will be a people-focused leader who listens, supports and motivates others through your actions. You will play an important role in creating a positive, high-performing production environment where safety, quality and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will be directly involved in overseeing the production activities that help Vantive deliver high-quality products for the patients and healthcare professionals who depend on them. You will be responsible for balancing production requirements with our commitment to quality, safety and service.

As a Production Supervisor, you will also be an important connection between our production teams and the wider business, providing leadership, direction and support to employees on the production floor.

Education/Qualifications

Desirable:
