Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 (MA2) to operate in a cleanroom, managing semi‑automated and fully automated equipment for CGM products. You’ll work on high‑volume production with precise assembly tasks, routine checks, and strict adherence to GMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi‑automated and automated equipment in a cleanroom environment.

• Conduct in‑process checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete packaging, labelling, material movement and data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records and cleanroom protocols with accurate documentation.
• Report deviations, defects or safety concerns promptly and support quality targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Meet output and quality KPIs and demonstrate reliability.

Position Details

Start Date: November 2026
Reporting To: Production Supervisor
Shift Premium: 30%
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) 4 days on / 3 days off, followed by 3 days on / 4 days off
Working Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Associate 2 (MA2), you play a critical role in producing Dexcom’s life‑changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. Operating within a cleanroom environment, you will work with semi‑automated and fully automated equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role suits individuals with medical device or regulated manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi‑automated and automated equipment.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes as required.
• Perform precise, dexterity‑based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.
• Perform in‑process checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.
• Follow all GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, completing documentation accurately.
• Report any deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately and support quality and yield targets.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth shift handovers.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Achieve competency within training timelines and consistently meet output and quality KPIs.
• Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardised processes.

The hourly base salary for this position is €15.09 gross. Any eligible overtime pay or shift premium is not represented in this amount.
