Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a production-focused operator to support manufacturing in a GMP-compliant environment in Ireland. You will ensure product quality, manage batch documentation, and perform routine tests and inspections.

As part of a team, you will liaise with QA, monitor yields, and maintain clean, safe production areas. Flexibility for shift changes is required, and you will work closely with the Packaging Manager to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Ability to meet clear goals and communicate progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product produced conforms to the approved specification.
• All materials for the batch are booked in and documented accurately per packaging records.
• Carry out sampling tests at required frequency.
• Perform visual inspections at required frequencies.
• Liaise with QA for area/line clearances and quality issues.
• Approve area/line clearances and pre-production samples per procedures.
• Collect QC samples per the batch packaging record.
• Maintain housekeeping and logs (cleaning, LUMAC, production-floor logs).
• Report deviations to supervisor and take timely corrective actions.
• Monitor yields vs. goals and actions for continuous improvement.
• Address machine downtime promptly and support packaging manager.
• Achieve required competency per training plan.
• Complete batch packaging records accurately and timely.
