Job summary

Chanelle Pharma in Loughrea is seeking a Production Operative to support manufacturing and packaging to cGMP standards, reporting to the Production Supervisor/Production Manager. This onsite weekend night shift provides an opportunity to grow within a regulated pharmaceutical setting.

You will maintain equipment, complete documentation, perform IPC checks, participate in training, and contribute to safety and quality while upholding hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements desirable.
• Weekend night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing/packing product to cGMP/regulatory standards as outlined in company documentation.
• Accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
• Carry out IPC checks as outlined in company documentation.
• Ensure machines/equipment are maintained and working correctly.
• Carry out minor machine/equipment adjustments as appropriate.
• Clean machines/work area in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist with training as required.
• Attainment of targets relevant to work centre.
• Adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements as outlined in company procedures.
• Maintenance of hygiene/housekeeping standards in all production areas.
• Comply to terms and conditions as outlined in your contract of employment.

In this role you will report into Production Supervisor / Production Manager.

Location:

Onsite in our Loughrea production facility.

Weekend Shift: Nights Saturday and Sunday 7pm - 7am

As our Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Manufacturing/packing product to cGMP/regulatory standards as outlined in company documentation.

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environment preferable.

• Excellent knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements desirable.
