Job summary

Chanelle Pharma is recruiting a Part Time Production Operative for our Loughrea facility in Ireland. You will join a dynamic manufacturing team and support cGMP compliant production and packaging to high quality standards.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor/Manager and requires weekend night shifts (Sat/Sun 7pm–7am). Prior GMP/GDP knowledge and strong teamwork are valued, with opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP & GDP desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture/pack product to cGMP/regulatory standards per company docs.
• Accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Carry out IPC checks as outlined in docs.
• Ensure machines/equipment are maintained and functioning correctly.
• Carry out minor machine adjustments as appropriate.
• Clean machines and work areas per SOPs.
• Assist with training as required.
• Aim to meet targets relevant to the work centre.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure compliance with documented procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain hygiene/housekeeping in all production areas.
• Adhere to terms in contract of employment.

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Production and Manufacturing function. We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.

In this role you will report into Production Supervisor / Production Manager.

Location:

Onsite in our Loughrea production facility.

Weekend Shift:

Nights Saturday and Sunday 7pm - 7am

As our Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

Manufacturing/packing product to cGMP/regulatory standards as outlined in company documentation.

Accurate completion of all necessary documentation.

Carry out IPC checks as outlined in company documentation.

Ensure machines/equipment are maintained and working correctly.

Carry out minor machine/equipment adjustments as appropriate.

Clean machines/work area in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Assist with training as required.

Attainment of targets relevant to work centre.

Adherence to health and safety procedures.

Ensure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements as outlined in company procedures.

Maintenance of hygiene/housekeeping standards in all production areas.

Comply to terms and conditions as outlined in your contract of employment.

Education & Experience:

At least 1 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environment preferable.

Excellent knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements desirable.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital.

Demonstrate and practice company values on a daily basis.

Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Good communication, leadership and people management skills are essential.
