Mylan Teoranta, part of Viatris, is seeking a Production Operator in Ireland to ensure filling duties are performed aseptically and GMP compliant, and to assist with machine cleaning and room readiness. You will participate in vial and syringe fills, clean filling rooms, and support jet printing when not filling.

The role requires a Leaving Certificate and 0-1 years in a cleanroom; knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing is desirable.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate and 0-1 years of experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical/medical device environment desirable.
• Gowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in vial/syringe fills as per production schedule.
• Clean filling room as required at end of filling.
• Participate in jet printing activities when not involved in filling.
• Comply with the required Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety and Environmental standards at all times
• To remain flexible in supporting the department in meeting customer requirements and business objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned, this includes supporting the Packaging Dept. in Casla when required.

The Role & What You Will Be Doing

To ensure filling duties are performed in an aseptic and GMP compliant fashion along with the cleaning of the machines and surrounding rooms.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Minimum of a Leaving certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical/ medical device environment desirable but not essential.
• Gowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.
• Excellent attention to detail.
