Viatris, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Filling Operator to join its team in Ireland. The role requires performing aseptic filling duties in a GMP environment, maintaining cleaning of filling rooms, and supporting related packaging activities to meet production schedules.

The candidate should have a Leaving certificate with 0–1 years in a cleanroom, with a preference for knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and gowning in Grade A/B areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Leaving certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment. Combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical/medical device environment desirable but not essential.
• Gowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in vial/syringe fills as per production schedule
• Clean filling room as required at end of filling.
• Participate in jet printing activities when not involved in filling.
• Comply with the required Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety and Environmental standards at all times
• To remain flexible in supporting the department in meeting customer requirements and business objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned, this includes supporting the Packaging Dept. in Casla when required.

The Role & What You Will Be Doing

To ensure filling duties are performed in an aseptic and GMP compliant fashion along with the cleaning of the machines and surrounding rooms.
