Our client in the Louth area, a leading European packaging company, is recruiting a Print Assistant to support the Printer and help produce high-quality packaging for global brands. This role offers a path to develop a long-term career within the printing and pre-press processes.

The role requires readiness for 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning all aspects of printing and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong work ethic with the drive and passion to succeed.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organised, motivated and able to work calmly and methodically.
• Keen to learn new skills and develop within the printing and packaging industry.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts.

Our client, based in the Louth (LN11) area, is a leading European packaging company specialising in flexible and sustainable packaging solutions for some of the world’s most respected brands. They are currently recruiting for a Print Assistant to join their award-winning Print Department.

The Role

As a Print Assistant, you will support the Printer in the day-to-day operation of sophisticated printing machinery, helping to produce high-quality packaging for globally recognised brands. Hours of Work:

• 12-hour shifts
• 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
• 2 days (6:00am - 6:00pm), followed by 2 nights (6:00pm - 6:00am), then 4 days off

Pay Rate:

• £13.41 per hour
