About Your New Job

• Overseeing Daily Operations: As the Production Manager, you will manage and coordinate our steel manufacturing process to meet production schedules and output targets.
• Supervising Activities: You will supervise steel fabrication, component assembly, and finishing activities, ensuring strict quality control standards and compliance with ISO requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the production team of 20 to foster a positive work environment, collaborating with design and technical teams for seamless production transitions.
• Coordination and Compliance: Coordinate with procurement for timely raw material supply, liaise with logistics for timely customer order fulfillment, update SOPs, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety Authority regulations and company safety policies.

What Skills You Need

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in steel fabrication or construction-related industries.
• Team Management: Proven team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including cutting and CNC operations.
• Problem-Solving and Leadership: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Qualifications: A qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in construction or manufacturing of steel products is an advantage.

• Work schedule is Monday to Wednesday from 8-5, Thursday from 7-5, and Friday from 7-3.
