Job summary

Valeo is seeking an APU Manager to lead a production area, ensuring safety, quality and performance targets are met. You will drive continuous improvement, coach teams daily, and coordinate with support functions to optimize capacity and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing the budget, conducting appraisals and implementing training plans, while maintaining a positive safety culture and strong customer satisfaction.

• Experience leading large teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on health, safety and environmental rules.
• Proven ability to drive SQCDM performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead production area and manage daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are respected on the APU.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S/lean initiatives within the area.
• Manage budget and resources for the production area.
• Coordinate MPS/ERP and production planning with support functions.
• Conduct performance reviews, training plans and development actions.
