AbbVie in Ireland is seeking a Production Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the production leadership team, ensuring efficient operations and robust documentation. Responsibilities include day-to-day running of systems (One Vault), maintaining logbooks, training files, and producing weekly production metrics.

You will assist with vendor management and purchase orders, helping drive AbbVie's operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Organisational and Administrative Skills.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day running of systems (One Vault).
  • Ensure all logbooks are up to date and completed timely.
  • Set up Training Files for all Production Personnel and maintain as appropriate.
  • Produce weekly metrics to support Target Zero on SOPs and ILT.
  • Set up and maintain a Training Record Matrix for Production personnel.
  • Purchasing consumable materials for the production department and raise Purchase Orders accordingly.
  • Work with One Vault system and support operations day staff with document updates.
  • Actively contributes to AbbVie's operational excellence and digital transformation goals.

Job Description

Our Production Department is looking for a Production Administrator to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This candidate will support the production leadership team in ensuring best in class operational efficiency and effectiveness. Taking the lead in vendor management, documentation control and administrative tasks.



  • Responsible for ensuring Day to Day Running of Systems ie (One Vault).

  • Responsible for ensuring all logbooks are up to date and completed in a timely manner.

  • Setting up Training Files for all Production Personnel and maintain as appropriate.

  • Producing weekly metrics to support Target Zero on SOPS and ILT.

  • Setting up and maintaining a Training Record Matrix for Production personnel.

  • Purchasing consumable materials for the production department and raise Purchase Orders accordingly.

  • Working with One Vault system and support operations day staff with document updates.

  • Actively contributes to AbbVie's operational excellence and digital transformation goals by embracing AI tools, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement practices to enhance performance and drive innovation.
