Job summary

Axway is seeking a Product Owner for the Amplify Fusion/platform to translate product strategy into prioritized execution. You will own the day-to-day backlog and collaborate with Product Line leadership, PMs, R&D, UX, Support, Sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver platform capabilities that reflect customer needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, MIS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership: Create, refine, and maintain a prioritized backlog for platform capabilities with clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
• Roadmap execution: Translate roadmap direction into actionable delivery plans, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Requirements definition: Clarify problems with customers and stakeholders, document outcomes, and validate delivered capabilities meet needs.
• Agile delivery partnership: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, dependency management, demos, and release readiness.
• Prioritization: Make data-informed trade-offs based on customer value, alignment, risk, and regulatory needs.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate plans and progress clearly to leadership, R&D, Support, Sales, and Marketing.
• Customer and field input: Capture and synthesize customer feedback for planning and backlog decisions.
• Release enablement: Support release planning, enablement, documentation readiness, and launch activities.
• Quality and adoption focus: Monitor adoption, feedback, defects, and support trends to improve capabilities.
