Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an experienced planning team, ensuring operational KPIs are met.
• Develop scalable strategies and process improvements for growth and timely execution.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Demand Management, Logistics and other teams to drive initiatives across Cork and Europe.
• Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions and execution.
• Present data and strategies clearly to diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Evaluate and optimize existing toolsets, ensuring capabilities and knowledge are in place.
• Drive innovation and report automation to improve efficiency and challenge status quo.
