Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced product marketer to scale government and public sector messaging globally. This role focuses on government customers, with emphasis on accessibility, language requirements, regulatory compliance, and data residency across regions.

You will own positioning for ElevenLabs for Government, drive regional narratives, and lead content creation across government channels and public sector partnerships.

• Scale the narrative across regions: National and Local government in the UK, EU, Federal, State and Local in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and more.
• Anchor everything in citizen outcomes: non-emergency contact centers (311), benefits and eligibility, health and social services, licensing and permitting, and more
• Position our solution for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, and the security and data residency mandates
• Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces

About The Role

Earlier this year, we launched ElevenLabs for Government, and are now looking for an exceptional product marketer to help us scale this story into global government and public sector markets. Government agencies everywhere are being asked to answer more calls, in more languages, with the same amount or less staff. ElevenAgents resolves support, cuts hold times, and reaches people who cannot navigate a website or sit on a phone line. This role is to help us shape these capabilities into every market where governments serve citizens by voice.

Who You Are

• You are an experienced product marketer who has scaled messaging into Government and Public Sector segments, from a growth or product marketing seat, ideally both
• You've sold or marketed into more than one segment of public sector
• Technical enough to become our internal expert on conversational agents: latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails
• Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches
• You take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
