ElevenLabs is seeking an Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead to guide a talented team of audio engineers across client projects and our Productions wing. You will create, refine, and iterate on custom voices, ensure highest cloning quality, and provide hands-on training on ElevenLabs tools.

You'll join client calls, shape creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for workflows, delivering exceptional audio for dubbing, audiobooks, and media partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.

Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of ElevenLabs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
