Job summary

the company is seeking a Product Manager (Professional Services) to own the portfolio of offerings end-to-end, sitting at the intersection of services strategy, commercial design, and delivery operations.

You will determine whether offerings are well-designed, effectively sold, and profitably delivered, working with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Product to ensure every offering remains fit for purpose and continuously improving.

Qualifications

7+ years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience.
Demonstrable experience shaping or owning a service offering.
Commercial literacy.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written communication.
Product Management training or experience.
The ability to apply product thinking to service design.

Responsibilities

Own the offering portfolio for Professional Services and govern scope, hours, pricing, and resource plans.
Manage the full offering lifecycle: design, build, launch, iterate, deprecate offerings.
Design and implement a governance framework for the portfolio.
Define and track offering KPIs and present findings to leadership with recommendations.
Analyse delivery burn data and propose refinements to offerings.
Run structured retrospectives with Delivery Leads after engagements.
Synthesize inputs from Delivery, Sales and Finance into offering design decisions.
