Stripe's Professional Services team is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end portfolio of offerings. You will shape service design, pricing, and delivery methods, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to ensure profitability and market fit.

The role combines product thinking with service delivery, focusing on governance, analytics, and continuous improvement across the ProServ portfolio.

Qualifications

7+ years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience.
Demonstrable experience shaping or owning a service offering.
Commercial literacy.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written communication.
Product Management training or experience.
Ability to apply product thinking to service design.

Responsibilities

Own the offering portfolio for Professional Services.
Manage the full offering lifecycle: design, build, launch, iterate, and deprecate offerings.
Ensure the portfolio stays current as Stripe launches new products.
Design and implement a governance framework for the portfolio of offerings.
Define and track the offering KPIs and present findings to ProServ leadership.
Conduct structured retrospectives with Delivery Leads after engagement close.
