Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Leader to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of its White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will identify market opportunities and work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth and innovation in this strategic segment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in product management within the Data Center industry, with strong business acumen and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies).
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English.

What You'll Do

You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA.

You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams across EMEA and North America to drive profitable growth and innovation in one of Eaton's most strategic segments.
