Job summary

Optum, a global health tech leader, seeks a Product Manager to drive a portfolio of CDS applications and platform capabilities that improve clinical quality, provider efficiency, and patient outcomes. You will partner with engineering, regulatory, clinical and business stakeholders to maintain backlogs, prioritize features, manage Jira boards, and align day-to-day work with the long-term product strategy.

The role requires a solid product management background with experience in healthcare

Qualifications

• Proven solid experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Management for SaMD.
• Experience as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in Agile software development.
• Experience authoring requirements within Quality Management System (QMS) frameworks and ISO 13485.
• Experience managing Jira boards, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint activities.
• Solid understanding of Agile product delivery and PI planning.
• Ability to balance strategic objectives with tactical delivery across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Support development of product strategy and roadmaps across CDS products.
• Maintain alignment between Jira delivery and strategic roadmaps in Aha!.
• Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into product priorities.
• Own backlog and delivery boards across multiple products.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Engineers, Architects to remove obstacles.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
