Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead a major digital transformation for a leading life assurance and health organisation. You will own the product roadmap and oversee migration of legacy platforms into a unified digital experience across web and mobile apps.

You will work with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing and Compliance to deliver customer-focused solutions while meeting regulatory requirements such as GDPR.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and platform migrations.
• Experience with customer-facing web and native mobile apps.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (insurance, financial services or healthcare).
• Familiarity with APIs, Azure, CMS and CRM integrations.

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, data and technical feasibility.

• Communicate product strategy, priorities and delivery progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Use customer insight, analytics and feedback to continually improve the digital experience.
• Ensure product initiatives comply with GDPR, DPIAs and TIAs.
• Manage risks related to technical debt, scalability and regulatory change.
• Provide leadership and direction to the wider product team, promoting accountability and collaboration.

The role will take ownership of the product roadmap and delivery associated with the consolidation of multiple legacy platforms into a new, unified digital experience across web and native mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform delivers a high-quality, customer-focused experience while meeting the requirements of a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the migration and consolidation of digital platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and enhancements across web and mobile applications.

Key Experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Product Management, with demonstrable experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.

Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation, platform migration or consolidation programmes is particularly important, alongside experience with customer-facing web and/or native mobile applications.

Candidates should also demonstrate:

• Experience delivering digital products at scale, ideally supporting 50,000+ users.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience within a regulated environment such as insurance, financial services or healthcare.
• Familiarity with APIs, Azure, CMS and CRM integrations.
• Experience working across Agile and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and associated DPIA/TIA processes.
• A data-driven approach to product development and customer engagement.
• The ability to combine strategic product thinking with hands‑on delivery.
