Job summary

Talkpush is seeking a Product Engineer (Designer who ships) for fully remote work. You will design and build features end-to-end, from initial sketch to production, using AI coding tools to ship fast and fix when needed.

Applicants should have a strong design portfolio with a live product and hands-on experience building with AI tools in the last year. Clear English communication is required and ownership of what you build is expected.

Product Engineer (Designer who ships)

Remote, global / work from anywhere · Full time · USD 40,000 to 72,000 a year, commensurate with experience

This is not a typical engineering role. We are looking for a great product designer who has recently started building real products end to end with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable. You do not need years as a developer. You need taste, judgement, and proof that you can take an idea from a blank screen to something live that real people use.

What you'll do

Design and build features end to end, from first sketch to production.

Use Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or similar to ship fast, and debug when the AI gets it wrong.

Watch real users, find what's broken, and fix the design based on evidence.

Pick the number that tells you if what you shipped is working, and check it.

Cut scope to ship, and say clearly what you left out.

What we need

A strong design portfolio and a product you designed AND built yourself that is live and used by real people.

Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools in the last year.

Clear written and spoken English.

Ownership: you say "I" and can explain every part of what you built, including how it is deployed.

Nice to have

Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech or conversational products.

Basic knowledge of databases, APIs and analytics.
