Job summary

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company advancing dialysis through digital solutions and services, seeking a Product Development Engineer to manage product-specific projects with a focus on New Product Introductions (NPI) at the Castlebar plant. You will participate in face-to-face meetings, teleconferences and provide regular updates on milestones and status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology).
• Strong Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience.
• Proven ability to work cross functionally with different plant functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new R&D led projects including New Product Introduction (NPI) in the manufacturing plant.
• Write validation protocols for trials, coordinate and execute trials, and write protocol trial reports.
• Manage project administration and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Oversee product, process and supplier changes impacting Castlebar manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Project EMS boards and Value Improvement Processes (VIPs).
• Apply analytical thinking for troubleshooting and investigations.
• Help develop best practices for product development procedures.
