Job summary

Distilled is seeking an innovative Product Designer to lead design initiatives for Daft.ie, focusing on simplifying property transactions nationwide. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to uncover user problems, explore lean solutions, and ship experiences balancing user needs with business goals.

You will operate in an AI-enabled design environment, using tools to accelerate discovery and iteration while applying human-centred thinking to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• History of crafting beautiful experiences, 4+ years in product design/UX/UI fields.
• Portfolio highlighting Product/UX/UI design with problem-solving impact on metrics.
• Ability to align design with business strategy to drive impact.
• Strong user-centred design principles, design thinking, systems and research.
• Proficient with design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe) and AI-driven exploration tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile environments emphasizing iterative design and prototyping.
• Understanding of front-end development implications on design decisions.
• Ownership mentality to challenge products and explore new insights.

Responsibilities
