Job description

Title: PCB Masking Operative
Location: Galway
12 Month Contract


Exciting opportunity with the successful candidate responsible for the preparation of products for both the Parylene Coating process and post coating processes which include the demasking of PCBs, Printed Circuit Board labelling, and packaging of Manufacturing aids for the medical device industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct masking of circuit boards and medical devices for the preparation of the conformal coating process.
  • Processing of parts through the conformal coating equipment.
  • Comply with and complete all required documentation in line with Quality Management System.
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure all duties are conducted in a safe, clean, and efficient manner while complying with all Operating Procedures.
  • Perform both visual and in-process inspection.
  • Provide support on new coating projects and the micro abrading process.

Experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and dexterity.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools.
  • Previous exposure to PCBs in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment.
  • Previous exposure to a clean room environment.
