The role provides the analytical foundation that enables product decisions, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement. It converts operational data into actionable insights while supporting requirements, testing, solution governance, and process documentation, forming the operational backbone of the product organization.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of logistics, supply chain, SAP, business analysis, or product support experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with Jira, Signavio, Power BI, Excel, and SAP data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze defect trends, testing progress, deployment readiness, and process adoption.
• Support gathering and documenting requirements; maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and deployment outcomes.
• Coordinate BST and UAT execution tracking; monitor script readiness and coverage.
