The successful candidate will work within the European Procurement function, liaising with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable business insights. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent data manipulation skills and the ability to bring data to the heart of decision making.

  • Track and validate procurement savings and value delivery initiatives, including reporting that supports management decision-making and performance reviews
Procurement Analytics & Reporting
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Procurement Reporting Hub as the primary source of transparent, accurate and consistent procurement reporting (including KPIs) and performance insights.
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis across spend, savings, supplier performance, inventory, demand, supply and procurement compliance, leveraging Power BI, SAP, AI-enabled analytics and other digital tools
Education

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are advantageous but not essential.
Experience

The successful candidate is likely to possess:

  • Experience in Procurement Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Finance Analytics or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting business decision-making.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or complex commercial environment.
  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain or commercial functions through data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, performance management and business planning processes.
  • Experience analysing large and complex datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated success delivering analytical projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong aptitude for manipulating, analysing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and business insights.
  • Experience applying statistical and/or modelling techniques to support commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modelling, scenario analysis and forecasting.
  • Advanced use of data analysis and visualisation tools, with experience in Microsoft Power BI highly desirable.
