Job summary

C&D Foods and its affiliates are seeking a Procurement Executive to join the Procurement Team at our Mullingar head office. The role requires onsite attendance four days per week, working closely with Commercial, R&D and Quality to support packaging requirements and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include IBG reviews, AVL/documentation, print approvals, and coordinating weekly procurement meetings. Strong MS Excel skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel – to report and present cost savings, tenders, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience.
• Confidence in conversations with suppliers to challenge prices and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• IBG review and follow-ups across projects and meetings.
• Support packaging AVL documentation and audits (BRC, etc.).
• Assist with customer print approvals and supplier follow-ups as needed.
• Manage weekly procurement meetings and circulate minutes.
• Provide procurement support for pet specialist customers.
