Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-value contracts across a range of goods, services, and works.
  • Experience using eTenders/OGP systems or working within a charity/public sector environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sourcing and tendering of goods and services in line with public procurement guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain the organisation’s central contract register and supplier relationships.
  • Lead and support procurement projects, training initiatives, and business process improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement best practices, compliance, and value for money.
  • Contribute to risk management, reporting, and supplier performance monitoring.
