Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a Process Scientist to join our Downstream Purification Laboratory team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Standard business hours are required, on-site. You’ll support chromatography studies, deliver process solutions, and help with validation reports and investigations.

Qualifications

• Associate Process Scientist: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Process Scientist: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field with 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Process Scientist: Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field with 1 year’s relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in a biopharmaceutical setting is desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Support small-scale chromatography studies for downstream biologics manufacturing processes.
• Deliver process solutions that support manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to laboratory and process validation report packages.
• Assist with root cause analysis of process deviations using scientific data.
• Participate in cross-functional investigations to resolve process issues.
• Prepare reports summarising study outcomes and process improvements.
• Present scientific findings and recommendations at group meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in line with site procedures and guidelines.
