Ideal candidates have 3+ years in engineering/manufacturing, experience with regulated industries, and strong problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time on-site role with travel and a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance demand and preventative maintenance for on-site production equipment.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and support process improvements.
• Contribute to non-conformance assessments with corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to ensure safe, compliant products.
• Support equipment reliability, uptime and production efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain 6S standards and a safe, clean working environment.
• Assist investigations, root-cause analysis and process troubleshooting.
