Baker Finn Recruitment is seeking a Process Engineer for a pharma manufacturing environment in Cork. You will provide engineering support to large‑molecule operations, troubleshoot issues via root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

The role requires an honours degree in Process/Chemical/Bioprocess/Biochemical Engineering or related Science and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• Honours degree in Process, Chemical, Bioprocess, Biochemical Engineering or a related Science discipline.
• Ideally 3–5 years' experience in small- or large-molecule manufacturing unit operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with genuine interest in process engineering and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support to large-molecule manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues using root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain ongoing qualification.
• Work closely with Automation, Maintenance, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the process team.
