Process Engineer – Medical Device Industry

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product and process evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation
  • Support manufacturing teams on critical issues, including major customer complaints, line-down situations, and validations
  • Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions
  • Operate and evaluate equipment changes, providing hands-on training to operators
  • Communicate regularly with customers and project managers on project status
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and quality tools
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
  • Third-level degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Experience within the medical device sector or a regulated industry (advantageous)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in structured methodologies (e.g., FMEA, root cause analysis)
  • Hands-on experience with process validations, Lean principles, and technical report writing
