Overview

Manpower client Limerick Blow Moulding (Limbo) is a family-owned company in Ireland that has specialized in PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) production since 2016. Starting with a single machine, the company has grown to 10 modern production lines and today manufactures plastic PET bottles and containers for the food, beverage, and alcohol industries. With steady growth and ongoing investment, Limbo continues to expand its operations and strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the packaging sector.

The company is looking for a Process Engineer to relocate to Ireland and join the team in setting up and optimising PET ISBM machines while supporting production.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up and adjusting PET ISBM machines so they run smoothly.
  • Changing moulds and machine settings for the best results.
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and solving any faults that come up.
  • Sharing your knowledge - training technicians and engineers, and helping new colleagues who are just starting in PET production.
  • Working closely with the engineering team to keep production reliable and efficient.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with PET ISBM machines (we welcome both experienced operators and engineers).
  • Practical skills in setting up, adjusting, and optimising machines.
  • English at a working level (Russian would be an advantage).
  • A real team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and focused on quality and efficiency.
