Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Wexford seeks a Process and Commercialisation Manager to lead development, scale-up and transfer of new products and processes. You will work with pilot plants and support manufacturing scale-up, while collaborating with global teams on system innovations and productivity projects.

You will provide SME support, mentor associates, and drive a zero-defect, safety-focused culture across GMP and environmental standards. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related field.
• PhD is desirable but not essential.
• 5+ years in flavour/chemical or bio/pharma with scale-up experience.
• Knowledge of distillation, chromatography and filtration.
• Strong organic chemistry background and analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct and review experiments across lab, pilot and commercial scales.
• Plan scale-up and technology transfer with validation plans.
• Identify opportunities for process productivity improvements.
• Monitor processes via laboratory results and process instrumentation.
• Collaborate with global teams and support R&D/Process Development SME’s.
