Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Fund Administrator to join the Private Equity Department. You will own end-to-end administration for diverse funds, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while engaging with clients and auditors.

Qualifications

  • Recognised professional accounting qualification (preferred) with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Irish/UK GAAP.
  • Familiarity with Irish regulatory and tax framework for fund accounting.
  • Experience in Private Equity fund administration or willingness to develop quickly.
  • Collaborative, team-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of Private Equity clients.
  • Prepare interim and annual financial statements for complex fund structures.
  • Act as main contact for clients and external auditors; manage audit inquiries.
  • Meet client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines.
  • Oversee regulatory and statutory returns including Central Bank and CSO.
  • Ensure accurate NAV calculations and timely delivery.
  • Support establishment of operating models at fund inception.
  • Ensure all legal, documentation and compliance requirements are completed.
  • Prepare, review, and collate reporting for boards and investor packs.
  • Provide BAU support and contribute to team success.
