Job summary

Barclays Private Banking in Dublin seeks a Private Banking Executive to support relationship managers in acquiring, onboarding, and servicing clients, ensuring high service standards and smooth end-to-end client experiences.

You will liaise with internal teams, manage complex requests, and uphold regulatory and policy requirements, contributing to the department's targets and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A PA/QFA qualification or commitment to achieving within agreed timeframe.
• Experience with international Private Banking risk and control frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues, PB procedures, investment and fiduciary products.
• Client-facing experience in onboarding, lending, FX, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients.
• Coordinate with Operations to deliver high quality client service.
• Act as primary contact for routine and complex client requests and queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Assist with risk management activities and control execution.
