Learn more atand onand.As Principal Project Manager, you will be the key enabler of project/program management excellence across the enterprise. This high-impact role is responsible for driving standardization, capability development, governance and tool alignment across ADIs R&D PM Offices with a clear connection to corporate business objectives. You will operate as a strategic partner, internal consultant, and coach to elevate program execution maturity across the company.Key Responsibilities:Work with R&D PMOs, supporting project delivery frameworks and performance standards. Partner with them to implement consistent, scalable practices across the enterprise. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in project/program management methodologies and provide hands-on support for critical programs.Using resource, investment and schedule data analysis, proactively identify and escalate resource gaps and misaligned priorities. Investigate and onboard the use of AI for project management analysis.Develop, refine, and implement enterprise-wide governance models, operating models and lifecycle frameworks. Define and track KPIs to assess project health, maturity, risk and business value realization. Work with PMOs for adherence and escalation as needed.Design and deliver training materials, learning modules, workshops, and best practice libraries. Facilitate cross-functional learning and alignment.Be a mentor on project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to build a high-performing program management network across the company.Regularly communicate with key stakeholders at various levels to ensure that the most critical initiatives are provided the highest priorities.The Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or other relevant.MBA/MS a plus. 12+ years of experience in Business, Project Management, Operations, Strategic Quality management or a field related to the knowledge and abilities.Broad end-to-end knowledge of the product development lifecycle processes.Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across the enterprise to drive change.Proven ability in leading cross functionally through influence.Subject matter expert in Program management with demonstrated impact in managing complex, enterprise programs.Solid understanding of functional systems and data management.Proven ability in delivering insights from datain a synthesized and actionable way.Excellent communication skills and delivering presentations for multiple audiences.Creative, innovative, and driven to explore new ways toaddress challenges.Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the timeShift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $148,500 to $222,750.Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
