Job summary

Forcepoint seeks a Principal Product Manager to drive the DSPM and AI Security roadmap, bridging engineering, design, go-to-market and customer-facing teams.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, engage with security architects and enterprise buyers, and contribute PRDs, sprint planning, and competitive analysis. This execution-focused role demands hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• PM experience in B2B/enterprise software with ownership of product areas.
• Experience in cyber security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Proven track record of owning a product or major feature area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery milestones, and adoption.
• Hands-on domain experience in DSPM, CSPM/SSPM/CASB with emphasis on data or identity components.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the parts of the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Forcepoint’s DSPM and AI Security in a high-performance team of PMs.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to inform positioning and feature prioritization; translate customer needs into actionable workflows.
• Translate market trends and regulatory requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Drive data-driven prioritization using telemetry, win/loss analysis, and customer usage analytics.
• Engage deeply with engineering on data discovery, classification engines, policy models, APIs, and remediation workflows.
• Author detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Drive discover-classify-assess-remediate lifecycle across data stores, SaaS apps, and cloud-native environments.
• Partner with UX/UI to transform DSPM workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Synthesize feedback from Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success into prioritized requirements.
• Support go-to-market with competitive positioning, demo narratives, and roadmap communications.
