Job summary

LGC is seeking a Principal Process Engineer for our Ballina site in Ireland. You will act as the technical lead for regulated IVD quality-control manufacturing, driving process capability, control, and right-first-time improvements while supporting expansion, validation and technology transfer.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Validation, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver robust processes and compliant documentation in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in regulated medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in process engineering and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide structured problem solving for deviations and complex issues.
• Provide process data, risk inputs and support expansion, validation and tech transfer.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Validation and Engineering to deliver process improvements.
